David Brykman (CEO and Managing Director) has had an association with the IT Service and Consulting industry for nearly 30 years holding several high profile and influential positions. His experience embraces both the IT and Business sectors with a strong focus on strategy, design and delivery.
CEO & Managing Director
David is a software strategist, change agent and leader of professional firms that focus on excellence. He has an outstanding history in the design and commercialisation of new products, which spans 30 years. He is known to be a businessman of great vision and enthusiasm with a track record of delivering the highest quality. David has provided solutions for many industries including: Pharmaceuticals, Government, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking & Finance and Insurance.
David is involved in a wide range of community organisations which include charitable foundations, Kosher Australia and various educational institutions.
Ashley has 30 years of professional experience in finance, credit and risk management for some of Australia’s most prestigious companies. He has experience with multiple Victorian Government organisations such as Department of Health & Human Services, Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, VicRoads and Department of Justice. Ashley previously held senior roles at ME Bank, ANZ, MotorOne and Ford Credit.
Ashley has a keen interest in Animal ethics and has served in several committees including the University of Melbourne the Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct. He is also a surf official for Life Saving Victoria.
Dr Zivit Inbar

Dr Zivit is a People and Performance expert, an adjunct professor in the MBA Program at Deakin University (Melbourne), Practising Certification Program Facilitator (Australian HR Institute) and Expert in Residence and Senior Commercialisation Mentor for CSIRO. Zivit’s role is foster innovation, risk-taking and an entrepreneurial culture amongst the team.
Chris is a technology leader with over 20 years experience in strategy, product development and engineering in fast-growth, consumer-facing businesses. He has built and scaled cross-functional teams, establishing processes and executing projects that were central to transformational revenue and profit growth of companies such as Department of Health, Coles Myer, ANZ Bank, Bankwest, AGC Networks and PMP Limited.
Production Support Manager
Michael has over 25 years of local and international experience in IT working across such diverse fields as insurance, telecommunications, internet and hospitality. He has a proven track record of establishing large, well-structured teams as well as managing them to consistently achieve outstanding business outcomes. He is a techie at heart with an extensive background, having worked in challenging technical roles for iiNet and Netspace. His other roles have included Business Systems Manager, lead developer, database administrator and technical architect for large corporates such as HIH Insurance and StarHub (Singapore).
Cecilia is a highly skilled Financial professional who has worked in finance for over 15 years. She has a strong background in Professional Practice as well as Industry which has developed her leadership qualities. Cecilia brings a wealth of her experience in finance to BRYK Group as well as her personal approach to business. Having spent a significant amount of her time working with a wide variety of businesses she has developed a unique style of analysing the financial potential of an organisation and building on its strengths.
